The Tham Team was an absolute joy to work with. Lynne, Melanie and Simon are incredibly kind, caring and genuine, making you feel right at home with them. We had the utmost trust in their team as we knew they had our best interests at heart. While searching for our dream home, we worked closely with Lynne who was incredibly patient throughout our year long search. Lynne quickly learned our preferences, “likes” and “dislikes”, and knew instantly which houses would fit our needs, making the process so easy and smooth. Lynne was incredible knowledgeable on the market, very thorough and diligent on all potential houses, and provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision. This is the second time we bought a house with Lynne and we can’t imagine going through the process without her. I have gone through Simon to help me purchase a few properties around the GTA. He is very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and above all, a great person to deal with. They are very caring and really help you out. We are in process of selling our house with them and when we have the appts we have been over to Lynne`s house with the dogs which is very nice considering sitting out in the car is hard in winter. They pitched in when we were staging also to get everything ready before the photographer came. They just care.

Simon helped me to find my 1 bedroom + den in downtown Toronto. He was extremely helpful in finding an apartment that suited my needs from a size, layout, location, and cost perspective. Simon was also incredibly professional and diligent when it came to the bidding and closing periods.
